INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to bind the local HTTP web server loopback socket (`127.0.0.1`) and allow local Wi-Fi LAN testing (`192.168.x.x`).FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE: Used to keep the local PHP server process active in the background when requested by the developer.POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required on Android 13+ to display the ongoing server status bar notification with Quick Stop controls.WAKE_LOCK: Prevents the CPU from sleeping while a background development server instance is actively handling requests.We believe developers should have complete control over their data:

All network communications between the App and cloud services (such as authentication and cloud snippet sync) use Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS). Local file access is strictly sandboxed inside the Android application internal storage space to prevent unauthorized path traversal.
