By downloading, installing, or using PHP Mobile ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License Grant & Permitted Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PHP Mobile on your personal Android devices for development, testing, learning, and hosting purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Pro Subscription (Monthly Only)

PHP Mobile offers an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription to unlock premium features and remove advertisements:

• Monthly Pro Plan: $4.99 per month, automatically renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Pro Benefits: 100% Ad-Free experience (removes all banner & interstitial ads) and unlocks persistent background daemon web server capabilities.
• Billing & Cancellations: All transactions are securely processed via Google Play In-App Billing. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store App → Subscriptions.

4. User Content & Local Code Execution

You retain full intellectual property ownership of any code, PHP scripts, HTML files, or databases you create or execute using PHP Mobile. You agree not to use the App to distribute malicious software, phishing content, or unauthorized network attacks.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for optimal stability, we do not guarantee that the embedded web server will be uninterrupted or error-free in all mobile OS environments.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
